Fallen Angel Microbrewery is a small family concern in East Sussex. It is our policy to brew only the best natural beers. No expense is spared in getting the best natural ingredients from around the world. We take the finest malts from the grain fields of England and New Zealand, hops from 3 continents and the highest quality fruits and spices we can get (organic if possible). All this effort leads to a beer that is both clean tasting and very refreshing.
Our beers are naturally carbonated by the living yeast in them, as such a small sediment forms in the bottom. They are designed to be served chilled and should be poured in one smooth motion leaving the sediment behind (except wheat beers which should be drunk with the yeast).
The effort we take to produce a superior locally brewed beer comes across in the taste. We brew for flavour, not strength.
